Beth Ora Vendor Chanukah Shopping and Activities Form 2024

Vendor – Application Form

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Chanukah Fair.  Due to limited space, we can only accommodate a certain number of vendors.  Please note completed form & payment will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

The cost per table is $65.00. Vendors will be provided a round table and chair. Vendors must bring their own tablecloth (108" round).

The event will take place Sunday, December 8th, 2024 from 10 AM - 4:30 PM.

Set up time will be Sunday, December 8th at 8 AM.

Address is: 2600 Badeaux, Saint-Laurent, H4M 1M5.

Vendors must be ready to sell by 10:00 AM SHARP. 

We ask that vendors do not start tearing down prior to 4:00 PM on Sunday. 

Any extension cords and all displays are the responsibility of the vendor.

**note that to ensure our fair has a variety of items, we will only be accepting 2-3 vendors selling similar products and items (ex. Arbonne and Younique). We will only be accepting a maximum of 3-4 jewelry vendors. Please note priority will be given to members of Beth Ora.
 
I UNDERSTAND & AGREE that Beth Ora will not be held liable for accidents, theft, damage, or loss during the said event.  It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide their own transportation to and from the event. It is the responsibility of the vendor to bring their own petty cash and round tablecloth (108"). It is the responsibility of the vendor to help share and promote the event. It is the responsibility of the vendor arrive on time as indicated above and respect the tear down time. Vendors that leave the event before 4:00 pm will be penalized $20 cash and not asked to return to future events, (pending an emergency). 
Cancellations will be charged a $10 processing fee. Refunds will NOT be given to cancellations after November 30, 2024.
